A wonderful collaborative event with New Club Taiping was held on the 7th of February 2026. Our esteemed Speaker was Prof. Dr. Bilbir Kaur A/P Chingara Singh, from Quest University.She gave an hours’ talk on Depression for 30 registered participants. There was no entry fee imposed as we wanted to ensure the public could easily avail of the knowledge pertaining to this topic.
The response was very gratifying with seats fully booked within a week of announcements!There was a Q&A session as well as a Quiz Time with lucky participants winning some prizes for correct answers. The talk, held at New Club Taiping was followed by a sumptuous lunch and then a Photo session.
Many participants took home a wealth of new-found input and information at the end of the event and some requested for more such Talks in the near future.
